Unathi Dinis is a Transformation Visionary, Entrepreneur, Investor, and Project Manager specializing in a variety of business applications within the built environment sector. His expertise encompasses system administration and database administration, with a particular focus on client/server and relational database design using Oracle, Sybase, Informix, Postgres, MySQL, and MS-SQL Server. He is always keen on migration projects and values close interaction with database manufacturers to provide professional solutions.

Bulelani Calana, Director

Bulelani focusses on providing professional solutions in the built environment sector.
He has also completed both the Junior and Senior Management Development Courses at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. With vast experience in strategic management and managing performance and people, Bulelani is essential in ensuring successful delivery on every project. His positive attitude, teamwork mentality, leadership, and diligence are his core strengths. He is well respected for his ability to get things done with limited resources. His skills encompass Brand Strategy, Project Management, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing.
Robert Palmer, Director

Since starting his professional career in 1996, he has gained considerable industry experience in the built environment sector, both as a quantity surveyor and a projects lead. He is a professional member of the Association of Quantity Surveyors, a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the South Africa Council of Quantity Surveyors, accredited by the International Cost Engineering Council, and a member of the Project Management Institute.
Due to his management experience on various large multi-disciplinary engineering-type projects from inception to client handover, he can offer valuable insight and professional solutions in achieving the successful outcome of any project.
Robert regularly assists with high-level project controls and financial audits.
He is an approved Western Cape supervisor, mentor, and assessor for quantity surveying candidates' professional competence for and on behalf of the Council for the Built Environment and is an assessor of professional competence (APC) of quantity surveyors by the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession.
